About the Experience

This relaxed clay making workshop is all about having fun, discovering a new creative skill and making something completely your own.

Your artist host will welcome you, provide an apron and introduce you to the clay and tools. You’ll start with a guided pinch pot, learning how to shape, smooth and decorate the clay while becoming familiar with the basic techniques.

Once you’ve mastered the first piece, it’s time to let your imagination take over. You can choose inspiration from the available idea sheets or create something completely original, with individual guidance available to help turn your idea into a sculpture.

Unlimited clay is included, so there’s plenty of room to experiment. Depending on your designs and pace, you can expect to complete two or three creations during the workshop.

At the end, you’ll receive a bag to carry your sculptures home safely. Your pieces are made using air-dry clay and should dry naturally within approximately three to five days.
