1. GENERAL


Definitions and General Terms
 

“Contract” refers to the legally binding agreement between you and Doodles Gifts Limited trading as DoodlesGifts.com®.

for the purchase and sale of vouchers as ordered by you. This agreement is enforceable under applicable law.
 

“Vouchers” means any monetary or gift vouchers issued by DoodlesGifts.com® that you have purchased.

“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to DoodlesGifts.com® Doodles Gifts Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 16178175, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street London EC2A 4NE.
 

“Supplier, “Partner” or “Provider” denotes the third-party company responsible for delivering or hosting the experience associated with your voucher unless provided directly.
 

“You” or “Your” refers to the individual using our website and/or the purchaser or recipient of any vouchers.
 

“Experience,” “Activity,” “Hotel Breaks”, Theatre Breaks” or “Adventure” means the specific experience purchased through our platform.
 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to purchase vouchers from us.
 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse access to our website, amend the content of any experience, reject any order, or terminate any account you hold with us.
 

All experiences listed on our website are subject to change. While we strive for accuracy, Doodles Gifts Limited accepts no legal responsibility for any inaccuracies in descriptions, images, or promotional content provided by suppliers and displayed on our website.


2. ACCOUNT INFORMATION & DATA PROTECTION
 

You must ensure that all information provided in connection with your account is complete, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
 

You are solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of any voucher credentials or login details associated with your account, and for preventing any unauthorized access.
 

All personal data relating to account holders or entrants will be processed strictly in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and will not be shared with any third party without the individual’s prior consent.


3. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT FORMATION

Any order placed by you to purchase vouchers displayed on our website constitutes an offer to buy those vouchers from us.

 

We may contact you using the details you have provided to confirm the particulars of your order; however, such confirmation does not amount to acceptance.

 

A binding contract is formed only upon your receipt of the vouchers issued by us.


4. PRICE & PAYMENT

The price applicable to any experience will be the amount displayed on the DoodlesGifts.com website at the time you place your order. All prices include VAT where applicable, calculated at the prevailing rate. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If an incorrect price is shown for an experience you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled.

Payment for vouchers must be made using an accepted method, which includes credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. By submitting payment, you confirm that the payment details provided belong to the person placing the order.

 

If you choose Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna, you agree to comply with the respective terms and conditions of those payment providers.

DoodlesGifts.com® offers Klarna as a payment option in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ). Klarna’s “Pay Later” and “Pay in 3” options are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only, subject to status. Late fees may apply. Ownership of any vouchers purchased through our website transfers to you upon successful delivery. However, if you cancel your order within the permitted cancellation period, ownership of the voucher will revert to Doodles Gifts Limited on the date of cancellation.

If you fail to provide a valid delivery/email address or refuse delivery of your order, Doodles Gifts Limited reserves the right to terminate the contract by written notice and refund the purchase price, less any applicable delivery or packaging charges, within 14 days.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Doodles Gifts Limited, enforceable under applicable law. Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to reasonable delays beyond our control, for which we accept no liability for consequential loss.


5. DELIVERY

Doodles Gifts Limited provides electronic vouchers (E-vouchers) as standard  or postal packs for products that display this option only. These will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that all email addresses entered during the purchase process are accurate and accessible. We cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or invalid email details supplied by you.

Postal Goods or Postal Packs will be issued with delivery details.  


6. VOUCHER ENTITLEMENT & VALIDITY

Each voucher issued by Doodles Gifts Limited is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different validity period is expressly stated on the voucher itself.
 

Every voucher entitles the holder to the specific experience described on our website, for the number of participants indicated at the time of purchase.

All vouchers must be redeemed, booked, and the experience completed within the stated validity period. Extensions beyond this timeframe are not permitted unless otherwise specified in writing by Doodles Gifts Limited.

 

To redeem your voucher, you must follow the instructions provided on your voucher or on our website under the “Redeem My Voucher or Got A Voucher” section.

Redemption will result in validating your voucher and then a confirmed booking with the experience provider if applicable, and you will then be bound by their terms and conditions. Once a voucher is redeemed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you allow sufficient time to book and undertake your chosen experience within the validity period.

Failure to redeem or use the voucher within this timeframe will result in the voucher becoming void, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

7. REFUNDS

If you decide to cancel your purchase, Doodles Gifts Limited permits refunds on the amount paid for unused vouchers, products, and gift cards, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

 

Refunds will not be issued for vouchers that have been redeemed, booked, exchanged or used with any provider/supplier.

Once an experience has been booked with us or an experience provider, you are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions, and Doodles Gifts Limited cannot offer a refund for such bookings.

Refunds are strictly unavailable for vouchers that have expired, been extended, or exchanged. All refunds will be processed in compliance with statutory consumer rights and applicable regulations.

For Theatre tickets, River Cruises, and hotel bookings, once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable through Doodles Gifts Limited. At this point, you are considered a customer of our chosen provider and agree to their terms and conditions.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and credited back to the original payment method. A written request (including email) must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to your credit or debit card, minus any applicable charges.

If you are not the original purchaser but wish to cancel an experience within 30 days of purchase, and the voucher has not been redeemed, booked, or used with a supplier, Doodles Gifts Limited may offer a credit equal to the amount paid, issued as a gift card for future use.

 

A written request (including email) for such credit must also be made within 30 days of purchase.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. All refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.


8. VOUCHER EXTENSION

 

Experience vouchers may be extended during their validity period, provided that the voucher details have not been disclosed to the supplier or redeemed. An extension incurs an additional fee of £20 and grants an extra six (6) months of validity.


If the price of the experience has increased since the original purchase date, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of requesting the extension.


9. EXCHANGE OPTIONS


Experience vouchers issued by Doodles Gifts Limited or DoodlesGifts.com® may be exchanged prior to the disclosure of voucher details to the designated experience provider. Such exchanges remain subject to our sole discretion and may be restricted by specific exclusions.

Where an exchange is permitted, the value applied shall correspond strictly to the amount originally paid for the experience and shall not reflect any recommended retail price or face value.

Customers may elect to exchange for an alternative product of higher value by paying the applicable difference. Conversely, if the selected product is of lesser value, any residual balance will be retained as a credit on your account.

Credits issued under these circumstances cannot be applied towards the cost of any voucher extension.

The validity period of the original voucher shall remain unchanged following an exchange unless an extension is separately purchased in accordance with our extension policy.

Under no circumstances shall vouchers be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent.


10. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards issued by Doodles Gifts Limited are valid for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of issuance and may be redeemed against any experience day voucher offered by Doodles Gifts Limited.

To apply your gift card balance toward an experience, you must enter the unique code provided on the card within the Redeem a gift card section of our official website checkout.

Upon redemption, if any residual balance remains from the original gift card value, such balance will be reissued to you in the form of a new gift card, which may be applied toward future purchases.

Gift cards may be used as part payment toward experiences of a higher value, with the customer responsible for settling any outstanding difference.

Gift cards cannot be extended beyond their original thirty-six (36) month validity period under any circumstances.

Special Offer – Complimentary Gift Card: A promotional offer of a £10 or £20 Doodles Gifts Limited gift card is available exclusively on qualifying purchases of short breaks, hotel stays, Theatre breaks or Attraction break experiences. This promotional gift card may be applied toward subsequent purchases and cannot be used to offset the cost of the qualifying transaction.

The promotional gift cards will be automatically issued following checkout and is strictly non-refundable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for monetary consideration.

Doodles Gifts Limited reserves the absolute right to amend, withdraw, or modify the terms of this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.


11. EXPERIENCE AVAILABILITY & TIMINGS

All information regarding availability, booking options, locations, and equipment is provided solely as a guideline and may be subject to change beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for any variations or discrepancies arising from such changes.

Please note that on the day of your experience, you may be required to wait between different elements of the activity, and these waiting periods may occur alongside other participants.

 

Experiences are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We recommend having adequate travel insurance in place or contacting the provider prior to travel to confirm that the experience will proceed as planned.

Doodles Gifts Limited accepts no liability for costs incurred due to cancellations or postponements caused by adverse weather or similar circumstances.


12. EXPERIENCE RESTRICTIONS

Restrictions may apply to certain experiences and can include, but are not limited to, requirements relating to height, weight, age, medical conditions, or physical ability. These restrictions vary by experience and location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the experience purchased is suitable for the intended participant.

 

All descriptions, images, and details provided on our website are intended for guidance only and do not form part of any contract.

Experiences may vary or be withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative experience of equal value or issue a credit for future use. Doodles Gifts Limited accepts no liability for costs incurred as a result of such variations.

 

13. HOTEL BREAKS & ACCOMODATION

For accommodation and hotels bookings with Star Breaks and Doodles Gifts Limited or external providers.

 

13.1 Accommodation
 

In exceptional circumstances, we and/or the relevant provider may need to amend or alter your accommodation booking. Should this occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible prior to your scheduled departure.
 

If a significant change is required, you will be offered the option to accept the revised accommodation of the same standard or arrangements for a future date or receive an alternative for the unavailable component of your booking.
 

For clarity, a “major change” includes, but is not limited to, a change of accommodation due to property closure, overbooking or for legal reasons.

13.2 Self-Catering Accommodation Deposits

 

Certain self-catering properties may require payment of an inventory deposit upon arrival.

This deposit is intended to cover any damage or loss incurred during your stay.

The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, less any deductions for damage or losses identified by the property.

13.3 Check-In and Check-Out
 

Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the accommodation provider. As a general guideline:
 

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
     

Please refer to the specific property details on our website for exact times.
 

Early check-in or late check-out may be available at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.

Any such arrangements must be agreed directly with the property and may incur an additional service charge.

13.4 Attractions/Events

 

In exceptional circumstances, we and/or the relevant provider may need to amend or alter your attraction booking. Should this occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible prior to your scheduled date.
 

If a significant change is required, you will be offered the option to accept the revised arrangements for a future date or receive an alternative for the unavailable component of your booking.
 

For clarity, a “major change” includes, but is not limited to, closure of a booked attraction, overbooking or for legal reasons.
 

When booking an attraction through DoodlesGifts.com directly, you must provide the date (and, where applicable, the time) you intend to use the attraction.

Based on this information, we will secure your booking and issue a voucher, which must be printed or if an E-Ticket shown on the day of your visit. Failure to present the voucher may result in denial of entry.

13.5 Restaurants

 

On rare occasions, we and/or the relevant provider may need to amend or alter your restaurant booking. Should this occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible prior to your scheduled date.
 

If a significant change is required, you will be offered the option to accept the revised time or for a future date or receive an alternative for the unavailable component of your booking.
 

For clarity, a “major change” includes, but is not limited to, closure of a booked service, overbooking, or for legal reasons.
 

When booking a restaurant through DoodlesGifts.com or a provider, you must provide the date and time of your reservation.

Based on this information, we will secure your time and issue a booking confirmation.

 

 

14. CANCELLATIONS

Once a specific date has been confirmed with us, a supplier, or an experience provider, you are bound by their respective cancellation policies. Amendments to the booking date are only permitted if agreed directly with us or the supplier.

If a booked date cannot be changed, no refund will be issued, and the experience will not be honoured. Failure to attend the scheduled experience will render the voucher void. All refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and statutory rights.

 

If a supplier cancels an event due to circumstances beyond their control (including, but not limited to, adverse weather), they will contact you directly to arrange an alternative date. In such cases, Doodles Gifts Limited accepts no liability for any costs incurred, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation, or other related costs.
 

If your booking is cancelled by the Experience Provider, either they or we will contact you to arrange a new date or provide a suitable replacement experience, as our vouchers are designed to be flexible. Please note that refunds are not available in these circumstances. Certain activities, such as flying or driving experiences, are weather-dependent, and by making a booking you acknowledge and accept the possibility of postponement or rescheduling in accordance with the Experience Provider’s policies.

Doodles Gifts Limited cannot be held liable for any costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation or postponement, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or insurance premiums.

15. LIABILITY & SUPPLIERS

Upon redeeming or booking a voucher, it becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable (see Section 7). At this stage, you enter into a separate agreement with the experience provider and are bound by their terms and conditions, including any restrictions they impose. All refunds will be processed in accordance with statutory consumer rights and applicable regulations.
 

We source experiences exclusively from providers who maintain appropriate insurance coverage; however, we accept no liability for the safety standards, quality of delivery, or any loss or damage incurred during the experience.

Responsibility for these matters rests solely with the provider. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to reasonable delays beyond our control, without liability for consequential loss. 
Neither Doodles Gifts Limited nor the provider shall be liable for restrictions or circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to adverse weather, location changes, or technical failures that result in postponement of an experience.
 

While we strive to ensure all descriptions, details, and imagery are accurate, they are intended for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any contract between the purchaser or recipient and Doodles Gifts Limited.
 

Participation in any experience may involve inherent personal risk. Providers may require you to sign a disclaimer or obtain additional insurance on the day of the experience. Please review all information provided carefully before participation.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the design, content, and materials available on this website are provided by our suppliers, partners & providers. Any queries regarding copyright or trademarks should be directed to the relevant supplier.
 

The content and materials accessible through this website are for your personal use only in connection with your use of the site. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any such materials. Downloading is permitted solely for personal use and in accordance with these Terms.
 

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or activity.

17. VOUCHER SECURITY

Vouchers issued by DoodlesGifts.com® are strictly non-transferable and may not be resold under any circumstances.

Any voucher obtained through unauthorized resale or secondary channels will be deemed invalid, and its value will be considered null and void.

 

Neither Doodles Gifts Limited nor any affiliated suppliers shall have any obligation to honour or provide services for vouchers purchased via resale without prior written consent from Doodles Gifts Limited.

Such vouchers will not be eligible for redemption, exchange, or refund.

18. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. All claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any matters related to these Terms.

19. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you believe that the service provided by Doodles Gifts Limited has not met your expectations and you have been unable to resolve the matter through our standard processes, please contact us using one of the following methods:

20. AMENDMENT CLAUSE

Doodles Gifts Limited reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law.

Any updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
