About the Show
 
RENT is one of the musicals that changed what theatre could sound and feel like.
 
Inspired by Puccini’s La Bohème, Jonathan Larson’s musical relocates the story to New York’s East Village, following a close-knit group of friends and artists living through love, loss, creativity and the realities of life during the HIV/AIDS crisis.
 
First premiering on Broadway 30 years ago, RENT went on to become a defining musical of a generation, winning both the Tony Award for Best Musical and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
 
This new London staging is directed by Luke Sheppard, with choreography by Tom Jackson Greaves, set design by David Woodhead, costume design by Gabriella Slade, lighting design by Howard Hudson and sound design by Paul Gatehouse.
 
With its unforgettable score, themes of chosen family and the iconic message of “No day but today,” RENT is both a musical event and a deeply human story about making every moment count.

RENT can be attended on the day of arrival or the following day of the stay.

All guests under 16 must be accompanied by and seated next to an adult (18+).
