Experience vouchers are valid seven days a week, subject to availability.

Please allow approximately one to two hours for the complete experience.
 
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
 
Guests must make their own way to the heliport terminal.
 
The maximum total weight per passenger is 250lb.
 
The scenic helicopter flight lasts approximately 10–15 minutes, including loading and unloading.
 
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. 
 
Flight paths and landmarks seen are subject to weather, air traffic control, visibility and operational requirements.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required to board. The name on the ID must match the name used for the booking.

The flight not suitable for guests with back problems, heart conditions or other serious medical conditions.
