All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
Children under 5 are not permitted.

This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
 
E-tickets can be displayed on a mobile device.
 
Departure Point: Northumberland Avenue, outside the Grand Hotel.
 
Once the experience dates are booked and confirmed the booking then becomes non-refundable.
