Experience Vouchers are valid for dates seven days a week & View From The Shard can be taken on the day of arrival or the following day of the stay.
 
All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
 
E-tickets can be displayed on a mobile device.
 
The View from The Shard is fully accessible from ground level all the way up to the open-air Level 72, with disabled toilet facilities situated on Level 1 and Level 68. 
 
Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited at The View from The Shard except for guide dogs and hearing dogs.
 
Once the experience dates are booked and confirmed the booking then becomes non-refundable.

Nearest Underground and Train Station: The Shard is located within a few minutes’ walk from London Bridge Underground Station (Northern and Jubilee lines) and London Bridge Station (Southern and South Eastern trains).
 
Exceptions: 25 December: Closed -  View from The shard can be used for days Wednesday to Sunday. Closed Monday & Tuesday.
