Over the course of the class, you’ll learn to mix and master four signature drinks, including the refreshing Aperol or Limoncello Spritz, the bold Negroni or White Negroni, and a house-favourite Espresso Martini with an Italian twist.
 
As you shake and stir your creations, you’ll also enjoy freshly made Roman supplì (crispy risotto croquettes with a gooey mozzarella centre) served as the perfect pairing to your drinks.
