Experience vouchers are valid seven days a week. Both attractions can be used on the day of arrival or the following day of your stay.
 
Hotel stay includes 1 or 2 nights for two in a 3-star or 4-star London hotel. Hotels are allocated based on availability and quality standards.
 
The View from The Shard  - is located on Joiner Street, London SE1, just a few minutes’ walk from London Bridge Underground Station (Northern and Jubilee lines) and London Bridge Station. It is open Wednesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Christmas Day. The attraction is fully accessible with disabled facilities. Only guide and hearing dogs are permitted. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
 
The Afternoon Tea Cruise - departs from Tower Pier, London EC3N 4DT, near Tower Hill Underground Station (District and Circle lines). The cruise lasts approximately 90 minutes, boarding at 3:15 PM, departing at 3:30 PM, and returning at 5:00 PM. Service animals are allowed, but other pets are not permitted. Children under 2 are not allowed, and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over with valid ID. Gluten-free options are available upon request, and food may contain traces of nuts. The cruise is not wheelchair accessible.
 
E-tickets are accepted on mobile devices. Once dates are booked and confirmed, the experience becomes non-refundable.
