What to Expect
 
Your evening begins with a welcome Aperitivo cocktail to set the mood. Then, under the guidance of a professional mixologist, you’ll dive into the fundamentals of cocktail making, learning bar techniques, flavour balancing, and the stories behind four classic Italian-inspired drinks. Each guest will get behind the bar to craft and enjoy their own cocktails, culminating in a fun “grand finale” and a celebratory shot of limoncello.
 
After the masterclass, sit down to a generous Sicilian-style sharing board, featuring a delicious spread of street food favourites like arancini, pizzette, bruschette, crocchette, focaccia, garlic bread, olives, and more. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, ensuring everyone can enjoy the feast.
