Fine Print:
 
Experience Vouchers are valid for dates seven days a week & London Eye tickets can be used on the day of arrival or the following day of the stay.
 
All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
 
E-tickets can be displayed on a mobile device.
 
Wheelchairs & Mobility scooters are permitted onto the London Eye. However, please note that the width of our boarding gate and ramp is 37 inches.
 
The London Eye warmly welcomes pregnant guests. Pods provide comfortable seating, and toilet facilities are conveniently located near the ticket office.
 
There are storage facilities at the London Eye with a £5 charge per item. Items will have to be collected by 7pm on the same day. 
Please note suitcases are not permitted onto the London Eye.
 
Once the experience dates are booked and confirmed the booking then becomes non-refundable.
