Experience vouchers are valid seven days a week.
 
The Beatles Story Experience and 24-hour Bus ticket can either be taken can be taken on the day of arrival or the following day of the stay.
 
Beatles Attraction Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
The Beatles Story Location: Britannia Vaults, Albert Dock, Liverpool L3 4AD
Nearest station: Liverpool James Street or Liverpool Lime Street
Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour:  Duration: 24 hours from first use

All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
 
E-tickets can be displayed on a mobile device.
 
Please note:
 
The Beatles Story is currently not wheelchair accessible and can currently only be accessed via steps.
 
Lockers are available for small bags.
Exceptions: Closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Saturday hotel stay's may require a Saturday night supplement fee on peak dates or busy periods.
 
Once the experience dates are booked and confirmed the booking then becomes non-refundable.
