Your experience begins at The Spirit Circle, where you’ll be welcomed into a beautifully restored historic venue spread across three intriguing floors. As you move through each level, you’ll take part in a series of bizarre and brilliant sensory experiments designed to uncover what kind of taster you really are. From audio illusions to visual trickery, you’ll explore how your brain and body respond to flavour in unexpected ways.
 
Next, you’ll enter the Inhibitor’s audio-visual world, a captivating space where your emotional responses help shape your final cocktail choices. The experience culminates on the rooftop, where you’ll enjoy four bespoke cocktails, each tailored to your unique sensory profile and crafted using the finest locally distilled spirits.
