Your chocolate journey begins with an introduction to the origins of cocoa and the fascinating science behind chocolate making. You’ll learn how to unlock flavours and textures at each stage of the process, discovering how roasting time, grinding techniques, and ingredient combinations influence the final taste.
 
Under the guidance of skilled chocolatiers, you’ll experiment with ingredients to create your own signature chocolate recipe, tailored to your personal preferences. Once your creation is complete, you’ll package your chocolate beautifully, ready to take home and enjoy or share, if you can resist!
 
Alongside your handmade chocolate, you’ll leave with recipes and technical worksheets to continue your chocolate-making journey at home.
