Fine Print & Useful Information
 
Experience vouchers are valid seven days a week.
 
London Eye Champagne Experience can be taken on the day of arrival or the following day of the stay.
 
Attraction Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

London Eye Location: Riverside Building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PB
 
Nearest tube station: Waterloo
 
All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
 
E-tickets can be displayed on a mobile device.
 
Please note:
 
Suitcases are not permitted onto the London Eye.
 
Wheelchairs & Mobility scooters are permitted onto the London Eye. However, please note that the width of our boarding gate and ramp is 37 inches.

There are storage facilities at the London Eye with a £5 charge per item. Items will have to be collected by 7pm on the same day.

Exceptions: 25 December: Closed - Monday 7th January to Tuesday 22nd January: Closed for annual maintenance.
 
Once the experience dates are booked and confirmed the booking then becomes non-refundable.  
 
Validity
 
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
 
Please note you must have booked your experience before the expiry date on your voucher.
