All DoodlesGifts.com® Experience Gifts & Vouchers are valid for 12 months as standard from the date of purchase giving plenty of time to enjoy the experience - Unless specifically stated with another validity.

We offer 365-day free exchanges on all Experience Gifts & Vouchers, so the recipient can swap to something that suits them better (terms apply).
Stars may expire after 12 months depending on programme rules. Any expiry timeframe will be shown in your account area or within the Stars terms.
Rescheduling and cancellations depend on the experience provider’s booking rules. We’ll always show any key restrictions, and we’ll help guide you if plans change.

Yes we offer instalment options at checkout through selected payment providers (where available). Instalment plans are subject to eligibility checks, status and the provider’s terms. If the option appears at checkout, you can select it and follow the provider’s instructions.
To activate your voucher, please validate your experience voucher. Once validated, you’ll be emailed the details needed to enjoy your experience.
Please note: This validation process is for the recipient of the experience voucher (voucher holder) only.
Please check your junk/spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact our support team with your voucher code (or order number) and we’ll help.
Yes experience vouchers may be extended during their validity period, provided the voucher details have not been disclosed to the supplier and the voucher has not been redeemed or booked.
An extension incurs an additional fee of £20 and grants an extra six (6) months of validity.

You can request an extension before the voucher expires. Extensions are only available if the voucher has not been redeemed and the voucher details have not been shared with the supplier.

Yes if your booking was made directly with our Star Breaks agents, you can certainly request additional nights.
If your Experience Break is provided by a third‑party supplier, additional nights are usually arranged directly with the supplier at the time of booking, subject to availability.
Your voucher covers the experience as described; any extra nights (and any upgrades) are typically paid separately to the supplier.
Additional nights, upgrades and add‑ons are subject to availability and supplier terms.
